Our client, located near Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Director of Player Development with the following skills and/or abilities:

Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check.

Reports to the General Manager.

Five years experience in Marketing in Hospitality and/or Casino environment within a corporate-wide framework.

Responsible for assisting the company's efforts to acquire and maintain new and existing business and maximize guest loyalty (including providing direction to Player Development Executives, Player Hosts and Guest Service Ambassadors).

Provide input into the strategy and use of national and local Casino Promotions and Special Events.

Work within budget outline.

Review comp practices.

Develop programs specifically geared to actively pursue high rollers' business (new & existing); i.e. outings, special events, and player events to increase gaming revenue.

Assist in the implementation of training programs for Casino Hosts specifically geared toward rated players including creating profiles on each rated player to ensure all members of guest services know the rated players and how to service them.

Encourage property Casino Hosts to establish personal relationships with each rated player and to personally be on premises whenever a rated player arrives to meet, greet, and take care of any requests.

Provide staff with all tools necessary to accomplish their goals.

Monitor results of the Player Development team's programs and identify areas of need.

Establish and ensure departmental goals, rules and procedures are being followed consistently, property to property.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related areas.

Proficient in MS Office Computer applications.

Ability to analyze and handle multiple tasks - along with prioritizing activities.

Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with Senior Management.
