Director of Nursing Services Specialist

American Senior Communities is continuing to grow! Due to our recent growth, we are currently seeking to add an additional Director of Nursing Services Specialist to our Home Office Staff. This position requires 100% travel to the various facilities throughout the state of Indiana. The Director of Nursing Services Specialist assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in several facilities. In collaboration with the Executive Directors, allocates departmental resources in an efficient and economic manner to enable each resident to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Collaborates with other departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop support and coordinate resident care, related administrative functions, and to represent the interests of the facility. REQUIREMENTS
You must have a valid Indiana nurses license. Previous Director of Nursing and consulting experience preferred.
