Currently, Marriott Vacation Club International is seeking a Director of Marketing- Customer Relationship Management for its corporate office located in Orlando, Florida.

Job Summary

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for providing the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques necessary to maximize, but not limited to such programs as Owner Cluster Repurchase and Owner After Point of Sale (APOS) and Point of Sale (POS), Lead Harvest. Achieving maximum collaboration with all identified partners throughout MVCI to ensure maximum use of key marketing programs such as; Owner Repurchase, POS/APOS/Opt In Lead Harvesting.

Expected Contributions

A.Create and implement, across division, owner cluster maximization
B.Promote marketing programs (such as POS/APOS/Opt In, Lead Harvest)
C.Manage all validation and re-validation processes used in the identified marketing programs
D.Develop metrics to support program and to track against key performances as determined
E.Interface and build relationships with Regional Vice Presidents, Site Project Directors, Corporate Customer Relationship Management, Market Operations, Portfolio and Telesales Executives, and MVCI owners
F.Develop strategy for all identified owner marketing programs
G.Track and report site based owner enhancement services (in-house)
H.Perform outreach services for off-site identified seminar communication
I.Enhance e-enabling process to support identified marketing programs
J.Participate in on-going Friendshare program to meet CRM and Owner Referral Program expectations
K.Implement web based initiatives within the POS/APOS for additional marketing programs
L.Focus on strategies to maximize owner additional purchase programs
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile

A.Successful at managing projects including application of organizational skills and ability to set goals
B.Proven ability to build relationships through appropriate collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in order to balance the interests of MVCI.
C.Travel required to sites
D.Experience with working with owners at site locations
E.Experience in the industry including the field (Direct Marketing)
F.Computer literacy on Microsoft Office Products
G.Working knowledge of OTM/Cognos/Siebel systems
H.College Degree or equivalent experience required
