We are currently assisting an international semiconductor manufacturer in Orange County with a Director of Financial Reporting role. Our client develops advanced integrated digital technology platforms for the computing and communications industries and values innovation, creativity, teamwork and accountability as assets to their work culture.Job Responsibilities
The business responsibilities for this position will include overseeing the Corporate Accounting and Finance functions including, internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits and budgets. Other responsibilities include working with outside consultants on state, federal and foreign subsidiary tax filings and promoting staff developing (will oversee 5 direct staff). The management responsibilities include evaluating the finance division structure, the efficiency and effectiveness of the group, as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong accounting knowledge and previous supervisory experience
- CPA/MBA preferred- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous hands-on experience with SEC filings and SOX implementation- Working knowledge of financial consolidation within Fortune 1000 and its subsidiaries (experience with foreign subsidiaries is a plus).Local candidates only, please.
