Director of Customer Service, Delivery & Performance

Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), a global telecommunications engineering, repair and logistics service provider headquartered in the Philadelphia area, is currently seeking a Director of Customer Service, Delivery & Performance to further develop our ongoing commitment to provide world-class service to our customers.
This newly created position will be responsible for driving CTDI’s corporate commitment to continuously perform at service levels that exceed our customers’ expectations and service level agreements. This individual will report directly to the President of the company and will have several Program Managers reporting in to him/her. The responsibilities of this position include: providing “dashboard” performance reports to the President and customers, maintaining close contact with CTDI’s customer base to accurately assess levels of satisfaction and managing the Program Managers and our operations performance.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have: at least 10 years experience working closely with a customer base specifically in monitoring performance to those customers; a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Management or Supply Chain Logistics or a related field is required. This position will be based in our West Chester, PA headquarters.
