DESCRIPTION:Provide leadership in strategic planning, annual business plan, performance management, business process improvement, and asset management. Responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial systems and reporting process, as well as maintaining a strong internal control environment for the business unit. Produce accurate and timely financial data through forecasting, asset management, financial reporting and monitoring financial systems and cost control. The incumbent will have a high level of technical knowledge of internal control, cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and management of financial models and analysis that provide critical business intelligence for business unit.

Defines and leads the financial planning processes for the business unit.

Provides financial support to the senior Leadership Team through appropriate management information, financial analysis, and the efficient and effective operation of financial systems and processes.

Serves as the primary interface to other Corporate, NABU finance and finance-related functions.

Analyze and interpret monthly forecasts and key metrics for business unit, address variances and executive concerns.

Lead, train and develop a team to deliver timely operational reporting and long range financial analysis.

May act as liaison between business and IT in the development of robust and standardized reporting tools

Assures that the financial records are maintained in accordance with CCE Accounting Policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Ensures all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.

MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years financial accounting experience in public accounting or private industry
5+ years experience managing finance professionals

15+ years relevant business experience
Beverage or consumer product industry experience

Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial and business analysis, including statistical forecasting and modeling techniques. Must have strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
