Position: Dining Services Coordinator

As a Dining Services Coordinator, this department head will be a hands-on supervisor for all dining service activities. In this key position, responsibilities include preparation of food per the Sunrise menu program, hiring/training/scheduling/supervising the dining service team, managing the food inventory and supply budget, and complying with regulatory and sanitation standards.


Requirements:
Requires at least 2 years' experience as a chef/cook manager, sanitation certification, and knowledge of therapeutic diets, computer skills and the ability to motivate and manage team members.
