Apex Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified desktop support specialist to work for a fortune 100 client in Manhattan.

This is a contract-to-hire position with excellent room for advancement at a world class company in the Pharmaceuticals industry.

REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must be capable of troubleshooting problems with Windows XP machines and applications running on them including: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and others.

The candidate should have a sharp customer/client focus and a commitment to excellence in customer service and attentiveness. Some experience with a ticketing system is required. An A+ certification is preferred but not required.
