Technical Skills:

Expertise in Windows 2000/NT/XP Workstation.

Expertise with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, etc.

Strong working knowledge of workstations, laptops and printers. Handling and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.

Knowledge of SAP system: password resets and application troubleshooting.

Knowledge of AS400: password resets and application troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Knowledge of Telecommunications and Network Systems Tools.

Knowledge of Windows 2000 Active Directory.

Experience with LAN/WAN and MS Exchange a plus.

B.S. in business or technology-related field or equivalent experience.

5 + years experience working in IT related field with completed MCSE preferred.

Business Needs:

Ability and willingness to travel to Houston area locations - required

Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites - required

Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. - required
