Job Description: This Desktop/End User Support position requires an in-depth knowledge of service desk, call escalation, metrics reporting and working with technical staff. Provide second-level technical support to the NT, 4.0, Windows 2000, XP active directory environment of more than microcomputer systems on a TCP/IP protocol-based network. Complete end-user requests and troubleshoot proglems, including laptops, PDAs and thinn clients with minimal guidance. Provide additional support activities as required.Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-5 years experience in related field and/or equivalent. Must have a background meeting or exceeding SLAs and working in a team environment to complete tasks.
