Design Service Specialist

Service Specialist With a rapidly expanding network of over 130 franchised showrooms and design centers all across North America, DirectBuy members are able to purchase nearly everything for in and around their homes, directly from several hundred manufacturers and their authorized suppliers. The primary job of the Service Specialist is to provide customer support services to members of DirectBuy. Other responsibilities include:

Maintain computer-based order related messages
Contact members with information regarding their purchase orders
Resolve any purchase order challenges that occur prior to delivery
Process payment, if applicableJob Requirements
Home Improvement product experience a plus
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational, time management, problem solving and computer skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Professional attire and attitude
