Design Associate

Position Summary:
The Design Associate is mainly responsible for generating renewal business, sales quotations, handling sales rep inquiries, developing relationships with the sales reps and following up on outstanding issues with vendors, sales reps and internal cellular activation practice resources. Candidate is required to work with supply chain management along with internal departments such as Product Management to be up to date with current promotions, manufacturer programs and special pricing strategies for products that the cellular activation offers its customers. Responsible for providing sales support and guidance to the sales organization in support o specified warranty categories and sales objectives. This position will support sales acting as a consultant to gain an understanding of customers needs and developing the appropriate solutions for those needs and in many cases going directly to the client in closing renewal business. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of customer service within the cellular activation while becoming knowledgeable on all products, technologies, and services.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, BA degree preferred. Manufacturer or industry certification a plus. General understanding of and working knowledge of SAP. MS Word and Excel skills required.
