REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a Deliverability Manager to join our expanding team. Epsilon Interactive’s Deliverability Manager is part of a team that monitors and helps manage delivery of client’s messages into the email inbox. This role is essential in maintaining our leadership position and expertise in the area of deliverability.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Major responsibilities are to:
·Ensure that messages sent by clients are delivered in to the inbox.
·Monitor and manage key deliverability metrics.
·Expeditiously resolve delivery problems
·Educate clients and internal teams on delivery best practices
·Work with technology teams to develop and implement deliverability enhancements to email platform.
Other Functions:
oKeep up-to-date with industry best practices, processes, and technologies as it relates to email delivery.
·Support sales in presenting deliverability capabilities to prospects.
Required Skills/Experience:
oA strong technical aptitude is required as this role involves learning and communicating about e-mail systems and related technologies.
oIn addition, strong communication skills are required (both verbal and written ) to persuasively communicate with ISP’s, clients, vendors, internal team members, and management.
oKnowledge of SMTP, e-mail systems, and e-mail authentication protocols a plus.
oKnowledge of UNIX a plus.
oPrevious e-mail system administration experience a plus
oPrevious spam-filter system experience a plus.
·Database, HTML experience a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree required.
·Must be able to present effectively.
·3-5 years relevant experience.
·Technical background required ( non-programming
