Debt Collectors

We need QUALITY debt collectors!!!!!!!!
WE COLLECT ON CHARGED OFF CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS! We need experienced collectors but, would consider training the right person.You must be able to negotiate settlements, sell the idea of check by phone and make reasonable payment plans. We expect to get as much as possible as soon as possible on each account. Must have terrific communication skills.ENJOY WHERE YOU WORK; be appreciated for your contribution. We are small enough to know everyone that you work with. Don't be a number!You will use our automated dialer as well as make manual calls. Self-motivated, self starter, outgoing personalities will excel here.ATTITUDE IS AS IMPORTANT AS SKILL.
REQUIREMENTS
NO weekends or late nights (evening shift available soon). Business casual dress code. Family style business. You will not find a better work enviroment. Our people LOVE coming to work.401K with matching funds, health insurance, paid vacation and sick time.
Pay based on YOUR experience. Hourly plus commission.
