Data Analyst

Home Interiors & Gifts has an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst.

The Data Analyst is responsible for data gathering, maintenance, and analysis of data related to contact center performance. The position provides administrative support to the management team by conducting research, capturing,auditing and analyzing program results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Create, schedule, and disseminate Contact Center reports for all systems.

*Analyze reports for improvement in processes or staffing.

*Create and disseminate Staffing reports.

*Reports to Contact Center Operations Manager all system and staffing issues on a daily basis.

*Continuously assess quality of Support Services to ensure integrity of Home Interiors' business goals and the Support
Services strategies.
REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum
-High School Diploma
-One year experience in business requirements analysis and database skills including Oracle, JD Edwards, MS Access, and report development and analysis.
-Understanding of processes and systems.

Preferred
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Two years experience working with assigned database systems and two years experience working with assigned subject matter, preferably in a call center environment.
-Management courses or time management.
