Under limited supervision, provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for a variety of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. May independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity. Assumes responsibility for decisions, tasks and actions, which could have a significant impact on other activities. Identifies, analyzes, and owns customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.

You don't need previous insurance experience because we have an extensive three (3) month training program that incorporates both classroom and hands-on training.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about Customer Service and has the desire to succeed and grow within the company. We are seeking individuals who are looking for a long-term career move.

Phone etiquette is essential in this position. We are looking for employees who believe friendliness and professionalism is key to providing an excellent customer experience. We encourage our reps to establish rapport with our policy holders.

There is a fair amount of follow-up work with this position such as requests on behalf of the policy holders and clients that require strong follow-up skills, excellent written and verbal competencies as well as proficiency in a Windows based environment.

MINIMUM qualifications to be considered for this position: High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related work experience or an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business related field.

EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills are required. Appropriate licenses required. (Liberty Mutual will pay for your training and licensing.)
