Customer Support Specialist 1 - Golf

Customer Support Specialist I -Golf

Atlanta-based sporting goods company is seeking a Customer Support
Specialist I – Golf, which will be responsible for entering and maintaining sales programs, qualifying orders received via fax or email. Also responsible for ensuring orders are flowing through the system properly. This position will require a 4+ year college degree or 5 plus years related business experience. JD Edwards/One World, Lotus Notes Microsoft Word and Excel experience is preferred.
Previous Golf experience required.
Should have excellent organizational skills with an ability to pay particular attention to detail, with a friendly personality.
REQUIREMENTS
Duties include:

• Review/qualify all orders received by accounts and sales
representatives, ensuring proper pricing is received.
Monitor compliance with booking programs to ensure orders
are entered with correct terms; manage and process booking
orders.
• Review/process daily and weekly reports to ensure orders
are processing smoothly.
• Assist customers and sales reps in billing, pricing and
program inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls through Business Solutions.
• Resolve customer problems as needed, including invoice
and shipping errors, returns, and general issues for select
Team and other accounts.
• Process change requests and cancellations on existing
orders as directed by the customer and / or sales rep.
• Process requests for returns and repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mizuno USA’s product lines.
Ability to handle club fittings over the phone.
