Customer Support Services (CSS) Intern

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Services (CSS) Intern to join us in our Montvale office.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of collateral for meetings

Assist with unpacking and restocking contents

Perform various crosschecks and assist with special projects

Assist with name badge splitting, stuffing, packing and shipping

Cross-check rooming lists to meeting registration lists

Provide the packing signage and site boxes to ship to meetings; checking-in return shipment, unpacking and restocking contents
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills

Able to manage multiple tasks at once

Strong Team focus

Knowledge of software applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Able to work Monday through Friday from approximately 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM as needed
