As a founding member of Five9's Customer Success team, you will be the initial point of contact with half of our U.S. and Canada customers during their first 90 days as users of the market-leading Five9 on-demand call center application. You will be the initial point of contact and proactively reach out to every customer to ensure they are getting maximum results.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Customer success orientation and empathy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
Ability to work well with cross-functional members and managers
Reliable, highly organized, detail oriented
One to two years of prior account management experience (preferably in call center, CRM or enterprise applications)
Self-starter able to work autonomously and also part of a team
