DESCRIPTION:The Outlet Maintenance Clerk is responsible for the input and maintenance customer outlets.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up new customer outlets in BASIS.

General maintenance on customer outlets.

Maintain tax resale certificates.

Maintain National Fountain Accounts.

Daily reporting on system changes and integrity.

Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required.

Associate Degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years data entry experience preferred.

Must have good communication skills.

Must have competent analytical skills.

Basic personal computer skills (i.e. MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word).

Must have understanding of OM (Outlet Master) or similar experience.

Willingness to work overtime periodically.

Excellent planning and organizational ability.
