Customer Services Senior Associate

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include processing either endorsements or renewals. Endorsements will be processed according to processing parameters and authority levels. Endorsement processing will include Broker of Record/Transfer requests. Quality, production and time service results must fall in the SC range. Renewals will also be processed according to processing parameters and authority levels with quality production and time service results in the SC range. Renewals are expected to be referred to the Center Underwriter in a timely manner. It is expected that the Inforce Role is interchangeable and will support each other to avoid excessive work conditions. The designated renewal partners will also process: Pre-renewals, Maryland Intents, Georgia Cancellation Log, and Worker’s Compensation. Designated Endorsement partners will also handle terminated producer listings; upgrade endorsement lists; New York CAR Inspection processing on an existing policy; Auto reject suspense, rewrites, and ID Cards.
Other roles in this team can include Manual Processing, PVR, Inspection Processing, Assembly and Support Services, Cross Training, typing of ID Cards and other typing as it relates to Inforce policies and other miscellaneous tasks associated with general personal insurance. The ability to be trained and work in other functional area; Telephone Team, Quote Team, New Business Team, Service Center Team.
REQUIREMENTS
Good interpersonal skills;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
Phone/customer service experience;
Proven business knowledge;
Analytical/problem solving skills;
Strong PC skills;
Ability to multi-task;
Time management skills; and
Strong data entry skills.
