At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative on-site, at our customer location in Fayetteville, AR.


The Customer Service Representative provides service and problem solving to both internal and external customers.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Act as first contact between ether sales branch or customer and Arrow warehouse and inventory.

Handle customers with tact and skill. Able to negotiate win-win resolutions.

Solve problems and provide sales support functions by researching and resolving issues on: bills of material, design win, product information, forecast, reporting, product delivery, backlog, ssrq, bonds and programs such as e-compass, edi and others.

Handle escalated issues. Seek manager help to solve problems.

Update systems.

Uses reports to look for better processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree or high school with equivalent experience and technical training.

3-5 years experience in a related field
