Product Information Specialist

Vital to the success and growth of our company is a strong commitment to our customers and employees. Zinsser Company is currently seeking a Product Information Specialist to join our Consumer Affairs team at our facility in Somerset, New Jersey.

The main responsibilities of this position will be to serve as the primary contact for Zinsser’s Consumer Affairs department while processing all information requests for Zinsser, Wolman and other companies.



Responsibilities
•Achieve and maintain rapport with customers
•Work to give best possible customer service
•Key information into the computer to create accurate Consumer Affairs database
•Record customer complaints by following the Zinsser and ISO quality system procedure
•Address customer related problems as directed
•Perform customer surveys and related activities as directed
REQUIREMENTS
•High school or GED required
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel
•Strong communication skills both verbally and written
•Previous experience in a corporate office environment a plus
•Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment a must
