Auto and Home insurance sales and service from inside office only, no nights or weekends. 440, 220 or CSRP license preferred, or insurance office sales and service experience is required. REQUIREMENTS
Your position is to support all areas of the Agency in achieving the Retention of present clients, and Growing additional clients or lines of coverage. Positive attitude, and contributions to agency teamwork are required at all times. This is a very active Agency, located in a fully renovated building in Central/North Broward County, FL. The facility is designed to provide a professional, positive and motivated surrounding to both the staff and the client. The staff is well poised for opportunity, and the mutual teamwork of each person is paramount to the agency overall success. We represent Allstate as our primary carrier, and one of the largest Allstate agencies in the State. The Allstate product line provides competitive Auto and Financial Services for our clients, while additionally we have access to numerous property companies to further meet the satisfaction of our clients. Compensation package is Base salary, plus bonus/commissions, and range from $25-40k annual for advanced or experienced CSRP/Sales Producer positions. Includes access to group health coverage, paid vacation and sick leave allowances. Job Duties include: Assist on phones, provide a very high level of Quality Customer Service to all clients. Quote (via computer) Homeowners, Property and Auto policies to support sales objectives. Process endorsement (auto, property/commercial), and Mortgagee changes on policies.
