Customer Service Training Coordinator Individ

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING COORDINATOR Individual is responsible for providing efficient and compliant training ofall contract and customer service employees utilizing Chautauqua Airlines, Shuttle America and Republic Airline Training Programs and Procedures. Schedule and conduct new employee training classes, perform training at other locations and provide support for their assigned station. Assist with the development, change and implementation of new and existing training programs and any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Training and Compliance. Previous Airline experience required.Position will require some weekends and travel to out stations to conduct training classes. Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is preferred.
