Banta has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative Trainee at one of its Book Group facilities located in Menasha, WI. Typical responsibilities after completion of an extensive training program will include: Scheduling and ordering materials, coordinating all projects from prepress to final product including distribution and fulfillment, communicating with customers and maintaining a working knowledge of electronic imaging, prepress, pressroom, bindery capabilities, and attending production and other departmental meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess the ability to work independently with little direction in a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel. An Associate's degree in Printing, Business, or other related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
