Customer Service Technician

Repair and troubleshoot problems in Network or customer residence
Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
Work outdoors in all types of weather
May climb ladders (up to 28ft) and work with hand tools

Able to hear test set tones for conductor identification and fault location
Valid state drivers license
Non-negligent driving record
Minimum qualifying scores on employment tests will be required.
NCTI Installer or NCTI Installer Technician Course certifications are preferred.Persons interested in this job must be willing to work day, evening, night, weekend, holiday, 24hr on-call, and/or split shifts.This title is currently for Temporary Full-Time employment opportunities not expected to exceed 18 months.
