A leading provider of cable and internet services, Comcast has immediate openings for the following positions:

- Customer Service Support Representative (Req. #36301BR)
As a Customer Service Support Representative you will be responsible for helping customers with account and billing issues for their cable service.
Minimum requirements include:
- HS diploma or general equivalency required
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a high-contact, service-related environment.

- Tech Support (Req. #34593BR)
As a member of our Tech Support area, you will be responsible for helping customers troubleshoot cable and connectivity issues with their home computers.
Minimum requirements include:
- HS diploma or general equivalency required
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a high-contact, service-related environment
- Experience with personal computers, installing software programs and troubleshooting operating systems, software and hardware.
