Customer Service / Tech Support

Great Customer Service Tech Support positions available for cable and high speed internet company.

We currently have both full and part time Technical Support and Customer Care positions available. Some schedules may include working a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week. You will be working in a call center environment, taking incoming calls for Cable One. Our Technical Support Reps deal with customers and either solve or re-direct their technical inquiries over the phone. They provide support on software, hardware and the Internet.

Customer Service $11.25-$15/hr
Technical Support $13.50-$15/hr
Increases are based on successful completion of training modules.

*Inbound call center environment
*7 day operation
*Full-Time and Flexible Part-Time positions
*Requires knowledge of software installation, modem troubleshooting, and fixing internet connection problems (For Tech Supports).
*Experience Preferred
*No High Pressured Selling
