Customer Service Supervisors (4)

1. Perform all duties and responsibilities of Front End Team Member. 2. Provide excellent customer service. 3. Assist Team Leader in daily team operations. 4. Report all actions of Team Members that violate policies or standards to the Team Leader or Associate Team Leader. 5. Mentor and Train Team Members. 6. Verification of cashier daily work. 7. Drive team productivity. 8. Comply with all applicable health and safety codes. 9. Help implement and support all regional programs. 10. Attend all team and store meetings. 11. Perform other duties, as assigned by Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 6 months retail Front End experience, or equivalent. 2. Analytical ability and proficiency in math needed to trouble shoot Cashier daily work problems. 3. Comprehensive product knowledge. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of regional and national cash control standards. 5. Excellent organizational skills. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to train others. 7. Demonstrated decision-making ability, and leadership skills. 8. Ability to perform physical requirements of position (see below). 9. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required.
