What are we looking for? We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated, organized, quick-thinking person to provide support to our Distributor Relations Manager directly and indirectly by supervising Distributor Relations, WIN's distributor support center.

General Position Information: Hours are generally Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Business casual dress every day but Friday (enjoy jeans) with business attire for special corporate events. We offer a smoke-free work environment for our employees.

Besides being incredibly positive and very resourceful, possessing desire and great work ethic, what does it take to do this job well?

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Intermediate knowledge of internet usage.
Intermediate verbal communication skills with a professional and pleasant tone of voice.
Intermediate grammar and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Quality-oriented and have attention to detail.
Able to handle difficult situations with ease and diplomacy.
Commands a position of authority through actions.
Works well with upper management.
Possesses the ability to offer unique solutions to complex problems.
Intermediate and professional letter writing skills.
Ability to follow established procedures or offer constructive recommendations.
3-5 years of customer service experience, prior management a plus.
Must be able to speak, write and read English fluently (Dutch, German or Spanish a plus).
Basic keyboarding and ten-key skills.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
