Customer Service Supervisor
Uline, the leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks Customer Service Supervisors for their Waukegan, IL distribution center, south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Learn the foundation of our business: providing excellent customer service

Complete Rotational Program involving all aspects of customer service (internet, custom items, traces and phone orders)

Partner with the management team and complete the leadership training module

2-3 years supervisory experience in a call center environment

Excellent verbal communication, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking skills

Ability to type 30 wpm
