Customer Service Specialist - City of Industry

Dreyer's, with its subsidiaries, manufactures and distributes a full spectrum of ice cream and frozen dessert products. Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream is a $2 billion company.

Job Purpose Statement:
Provide service to our New Channels customers, through accurate entry of data sales orders into the Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. order entry system. Set up new accounts. Serve as contact for external Sales Representatives. Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls from customers seeking to place a sales order or to discuss any concerns or issues regarding Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream product or policy.

Primary Responsibilities:


New customer account set up and maintenance.

Account inactivation, routing changes and tracking current customer activity status and track customer payment changes and notifications.

Provide Customer Service via phone for taking orders for Independent grocers.

Maintain Imrex Maintenance for all New Channels and Grocery Customers.

Maintain Ursula Database for all New Channels and Grocery Customers.

Will need to work closely with Distribution Manager and Sales Managers to ensure accurate orders for customers.

Will need to trouble shoot all customer request for product and deliveries.

Create order guides for customers.

Will learn Territory Planner and Road Net.
