Customer Service Specialist

Sheakley has an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Sheakley is looking for a energetic, self-motivated individual that is creative, detail oriented and possesses excellent customer service skills.

This customer service representative will perform regular client contact in order to measure client satisfaction, determine areas for possible improvement, and evaluate the needs and expectations of our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and organizational skills a must
Must possess good verbal communication skills
Relationship building abilities and prospecting skills necessary
A solid work ethic and goal oriented
Some knowledge in workers’ compensation and/or payroll
Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
Large volume of calls per day
Some computer knowledge required
