Customer Service/Sales Representative

FCIB, the premier international association of professionals in Finance, Credit and International Business, has an opening for an energetic, customer-focused professional to join our team. The qualified candidate will process member inquiries for international business credit and country reports, including order placing with an established network of vendors, formatting reports upon receipt and sending the finished product to our clients. Responsibilities will include regular communication on the phone with FCIB members to market this service and develop new business. Familiarity with country locations worldwide, excellent writing, proofreading, communication and organizational skills coupled with previous sales/customer service experience a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access, and attention to detail and dependability are required. Outstanding people skills, positive attitude and ability to professionally interact with members and vendors. Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision, showing initiative and creativity in problem solving. Bachelor’s degree required.
