Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. is an internationally recognized, leading pet care facility Best Friends has 44 locations in 18 states. We offer pet boarding, training, grooming, retail and daycare.

We are seeking an enthusiastic inside sales/customer service representative with a reliable, service-oriented personality and a career commitment. You must have an outgoing, upbeat personality, and a love of pets. Experience in Restaurant or Retail Management, Hospitality, Customer Service, Animal Care or Veterinary a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
This position is responsible for capturing new clients for incoming calls, promoting our unique services, booking reservations, heavy phone activity and basic computer skills. Past phone sales is preferred but a love of animals is a must!
Reservationist position involves promoting our terrific services and products and requires lots of pet and customer interaction. This position does not require the associate to handle pets, lift more than 2 lbs. or leave the desk area.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assisting customers, making reservations on phone and in person, giving tours of the center, handling dogs and cats, handling financial transactions, cleaning lobby area and pitching in as needed! Looking for people who are willing to jump in and get things done.
