Northwest Airlines has full-time and part-time positions available in our Iron Range office for experienced customer service professionals. In this key role you will answer incoming phone calls from customers to help meet their travel needs by promoting and selling Northwest's services.
Position requirements include strong sales and communication skills; the ability and desire to work evenings, weekends and holidays; computer/keyboard proficiency; 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED; and at least ONE of the following: two years of college; two years of vocational/technical school; two years of customer service experience, or completed travel school.
Base salary starts at $9.00 per hour with scheduled increases.
5 weeks paid training.
This position provides opportunities for flexible schedules by enabling employees to trade hours or days off once they have completed their training and qualification period.
