Starting pay range: $442 - $511 (weekly - 40 hours). The pay is based on education level & experience.
Provide world class customer service, support and leadereship to both internal and external business and call center customers. Interface with business and call center customers via telephone and e-mail listening to customer needs, evaluating options, and offering customer-focused and cost-effective solutions. Provide expert service and support in a variety of areas for multiple markets/regions, including but not limited to billing, calling plan analysis, equipment, roaming, features, wireless coverage, technical troubleshooting, care account management (migrations, account splits, attachments, activations) Support Orange internal/external customers and systems. Manage time and resources effectively by responding to dedicated business-to-business 800#, meeting team and individual service level and performance objectives, while providing follow-up via outbound calls as appropriate to business customers, other functional areas, departments, and regions. Maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of the wireless industry, consumer and business calling plans and offers, policies and procedures, across multiple regions and markets, providing consistent and accurate information to customers, preventing repeat calls. Utilize business tools effectively and accurately, recording customer information accurately in all systems, including but not limited to billing systems, business customer databases, web tools, e-mail. Partner with Business Care teammates, Marketing, Sales, Inbound Customer Care, Accounts Receivable to ensure customer expectations are met. Must be available for evening, weekend or overtime shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
At least 17 years of age.
6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, professional demeanor and presentation.. Minimum of 6 months permanent experience in current position. Prefer 2- 5 years customer service experience. Strongly prefer prior experience in wireless industry and/or prior experience with business/corporate customers. Demonstrated advanced customer interaction skills: ability to listen, probe, empathize, analyze information, solve problems, position negative information positively, develop positive customer relationships, use empowerment to make common-sense business decisions to mutual benefit of customer and Cingular Wireless. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in use of computer systems, Windows-based applications, web use, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access). Flexibility, team orientation, positive outlook, comfort level with ambiguity and change, availability to work any shift between 7:00am and 7:30pm and voluntary overtime as necessary.
