Customer Service Representative with Manufacturing experienc

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour Customer Service representative needed for growing Gurnee based company. The ideal candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment! The main responsibilities will include handling all customer communications via phone, fax, mail and e-mail. Preparing audits, data entry of customer information, order entry, working with buyers to facilitate customer orders, work directly with outside sales force to fulfill customer demands, invoicing, and maintaining customer pricing data bases. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
