Customer Service Representative - Small Fleet

Provide support to customer fleet managers by acting as the Single Point of Contact to ensure that we deliver effective customer service.Essential Functions
Partner with Sales Specialist in managing customer fleet requests such as, PIN maintenance, vehicle termination requests, account maintenance, billing research.
Provide proactive focus on growing and/or retaining a portfolio.
Prepare fleet reports, replacement analysis, life cost cycle analysis, vehicle quotes; update fleet parameters and driver/customer information, order entry, etc.
Set up new customer contractual rates and customer parameters, and follow-up on any missing information (e.g., billing level information, customer contact information, non-lease asset and driver information).
Train customers on available technologies and resources, identify customer data needs, set up reports and provide access for the customer to self-serve on data requests as appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of all relevant systems (My.FleetInfo, Siebel, 3090, DOM, FMS Reports) and management of My.FleetInfo by updating customer parameters as needed.
Coordinate communication with customers (e.g., for risk packages, financial information, insurance and contract signature).
Follow-up with drivers on information (e.g., title and license) etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or business-related discipline or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business-to-business environment in a customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookEligibility Requirements
