Duties:
As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative you will be taking calls from clients regarding their benefits, enrollment, or claims status. These positions are long term and temp-to-hire for the right candidates!
Requirements:
The ideal applicant will have inbound call center experience and knowledge of the health care industry (basic understanding of claims processing, co-pays, deductibles, medical insurance billing, or benefits explanation), or a strong medical related background. Applicants with experience in either a professional contact/call center or a medical insurance billing center will also be considered. Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills are a must. All applicants must have a history of longevity with previous employers, the ability to pass a drug and background screen, and the desire to work in a call center.
