ISO 9001:2000 Certified non-ferrous sand casting foundry located near Waukesha/Sussex has an immediate position for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Planner professional with a proven customer satisfaction track record.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to field phone calls, emails, and fax requests to provide customer information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position interacts with Plant Scheduler and Management Team to directly support customer needs for delivery and service by attending daily cross-functional scheduling meetings and participating in production activities to support delivery and service objectives. Expectations of this position include daily response to customer on open issues, measuring, monitoring, and reporting levels customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-Highly effective communication skills (verbal, written)-excellent phone skills a must
-Ability to deliver effective customer service and develop business rapport with customers and sales reps
-Proven experience in building customer relationships through phone and email interactions, exceptional customer servicing/problem resolution, and follow-up skills
-Ability to present key information in team meetings and management settings
-Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and/or casting/machining operations is beneficial
-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
