The selected candidate will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to policy holders for a variety of Personal Lines products, plans and programs.

What it takes:
o Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred
o Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
o Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain appropriate insurance licensing
o Hard work, honesty, integrity and unwavering business ethics
o Superior problem solving skills
o Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly personality
o Multi-lingual skills are a plus

REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in a business related field or a minimum of 2 years related work experience is required. Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, plans and programs in a customer service environment is desired. Ability to review, record and organize data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are required.
