Customer Service Representative (Miami)

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self starter, have an understanding of Collins avionics, know the market area, and be fluent in the Spanish - both verbal and written skills is strongly preferred.



The primary role of this position will be to developed new business in Mexico, South America and the greater Miami area. This will include; cold calling on customers, working with ATS Sales to developed a relationship with customers, making offers to customers in the form of CMAs, closing agreements with customers, and generating new business for all U.S. Service Centers.



Some of the objectives of this position are:

1. To provide CSR services to Latin and Local customers for the Atlanta Service Center.

2. To provide a Business Development presence in the Miami area and to Latin America

3. Work with Customer Service Manager in Atlanta to develop new business in the area.

4. Building relationships through face to face meetings, calling on Miami based businesses, and interfacing with Latin based companies that use Miami as a port of entry to the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Requirements:

This job requires a High School Degree and a minimum of 9 years specifically related experience.

US Citizenship or Permanent Resdident (Green Card) is required.
