Customer Service Representative/Jacksonville

Purpose:
This is a FULL-TIME position - CSR's provide a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism; handles both inbound and outbound calls concerning business transactions in connection with offers, incentives, contracts, account activations, adjustments and collections while maintaining customer goodwill and retaining the customer’s business; utilizes a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer issues; demonstrates drive and enthusiasm while handling customer questions, complaints and billing inquiries.




QUALIFICATIONS:

A High school diploma or equivalent is required; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment, must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous call center experience and/or 1 year in customer service is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Hours: 11AM-8PM Monday-Friday with Rotating Saturdays
