Customer Service Representative - Chicago

Company is a Chicago leader in relocation and storage, serving a wide range of commercial and residential clients. They have specialized facilities which make them the storage company of choice for major museums and art galleries in the City. Their customer base is diverse, handling national and international moves.

As a representative for record management customers, your responsibilities will include:

* Building strong working relationship with regular customer base
* Processing orders via phone, fax and sales write-up. Generate bills of lading from O'Neill system and provide all necessary paperwork / attachments
* Handling all aspects of computerized / bar coded inventory. Data entry of new inventories and update existing
* Account maintenance - Create and update account profiles
* Pricing/billing of orders. Calculate monthly storage rents and 3rd party charges.
* Month end procedures - Customer statements, credit card prepayment.
* Collection of delinquent accounts
* Assisting other departments as needed
