Customer Service Representative -CSR Phoenix & Mesa

This position demands CSR reps that are comfortable with heavy incoming/outgoing phone calls, scheduling routes for field examiners and coordinating those schedules with clients. Positions are available now in Phoenix and Mesa offices.
REQUIREMENTS
CSR must be great at customer service, follow up, multi-tasking and detail oriented. Must be dependable, able to get to work daily, with a good work history and solid references. Computer skills and typing are a must. Work history involving scheduling and routing, and bilingual is a plus.
