Cigar mail order Company has an opening for a full time Sales Agent representative with prior telephone experience to take incoming calls. & data entry skills required. REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred
1-2 years customer service experience a must. Professional & pleasant phone manners, strong verbal/written communication skills, MS Word / MS Excel knowledge Excellent data entry & interpersonal skills detail oriented. Ability to work as a team member. Learn our products, Accurate data entry Ability to problem solve & follow-up. Hard working and motivated goal oriented.
