Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
Aerotek professional services is looking for a customer service representative in the banking industry.

Duties will include collecting details from customers and providing solutions to current problems. You will be working with customers on a daily basis. This person must be able to handle the entire call from start to finish without transferring back to the branch or another manager. They will also act as a customer advocate in all product teams to assure a continuing focus on customer satisfaction.
