CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE





Due to continued growth, LDI INDUSTRIES, INC.,
a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components
and lubrication equipment, is looking to fill a
challenging position within its Customer Service
Department as a Customer Service Representative.
This permanent full-time position offers the
right candidate an opportunity for professional
growth with a rapidly growing local company.


The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 1-3 years of responsible Customer Service/Inside Sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
A minimum of an Associate Degree in a related discipline preferred, or other related post secondary education in lieu thereof.
A familiarity with typical business computer applications (such as MAPICS, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, WordPerfect Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone personality.
A “self starter” with a demonstrated “can do” attitude.
